Time Card Report

The Time Card report provides information about the staff clock in and clocks out. This report can only be run for a 7 day period. The total hours spent for the day are displayed in parenthesis in the day column.

 

This report can be exported to CSV, Excel and PDF

 

HQ Reports

On TRAY HQ, select the REPORTS tab across the top menu. From there select the Reporting Category Selector and from the Labor reports select the Server Checkout report.

Time card report filter options

FIELD DESCRIPTION
FROM

Enter the date from which you want to generate the report.

Note: This report does not allow you to select dates for more than a week.

TO

Enter the date until which you want to generate the report.

Note: This report does not allow you to select dates for more than a week.

SITES

Select the site from the drop-down list. You can select multiple sites.

STAFF Select the staff from the drop-down list. You can select multiple staff.
ROLE Select the role from the drop-down list. You can select multiple roles.

  1. Select the Run Report.

    The timecard report displays the employee name, total hours worked, and the time log entries for the selected week along with dates. The total hours worked for the particular day displays in the parenthesis in the day column.

    The total time for a particular day is calculated based on the following scenarios.

    Scenario 1:

    Staff had Clock In but forgot to Clock Out, then the hours are calculated based on Trading Day Time (TDT). The staff Clock Out time is the closing time of TDT.

    Scenario 2:

    The staff has not Clocked In but has Clocked Out time. No hours calculated.

    For example, the staff forgot to Clock out the previous day but has Clocked Out today. No hours are calculated in this case.

    Scenario 3:

    The staff has Clocked In from multiple devices and Clocked Out one device. The first Clocked In hours and the Clocked Out are considered for calculating total hours.

    From example, 

    First Clock In time from one device = 09:00 AM

    Second Clock In time from another device = 11:30 AM

    Clock Out time = 06:00 PM

    Then, total hours are from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

 

POS

 

If an In Store user has the "Printtimeclockreport" permission, they can access the Time Clock Report from the Functions tab on the POS

 

- Log into the POS

- Press the "Functions" button

- In the bottom right corner press "Employee-Related"

- In the top right corner press "Time Clock Report"

Time clock report fields:

FIELD DESCRIPTION
STAFF NAME Name of the user
CLOCK IN TIME Date and time that the user clocked in
CLOCK OUT TIME Date and time that the user clocked out (does not display if the user is actively clocked in)
DURATION(HRS) Hours worked for the user
