Destinations
The Destinations tab allows you to create a list of destinations that can be accessed per service. You can create individual destinations or add the destinations in bulk such as table numbers, bar seats, etc.
To access the destinations
- From TRAY HQ, access your site
- From the left menu select Revenue Centers
- Select Destinations from the top menu
To add an individual destination, Click Add Destination.
The following table provides information about the UI fields in the add destination screen:

Selecting this destination will pre-populate with this value as the guest count |

Indicates whether the location is available for web ordering/reservations. |
Minimum Capacity |
Specifies the minimum number of seats for booking the destination (used for event booking only) |
Book Full Capacity |
Yes - Any reservation booked to this destination will consume all available capacity, regardless of party size. In this instance, the capacity settings only serves as a limit to maximum party headcount. |
To add the destinations in bulk:
- In the Destinations screen, select Bulk Add
The Add Destination in Bulk screen appears
- Enter the destination information as shown in the example format on the right side
- Click Save to add destinations in bulk
