The By Staff report is a Sales report that aggregates sales by staff member. This report does not break down specific tenders, or other values.
This report can be exported to CSV, Excel and PDF
HQ Reports
On TRAY HQ, select the REPORTS tab across the top menu. From there select the Reporting Category Selector and from the Sales reports select the By Staff report
By Staff report filters

| PERIOD | Specify the time period you want to report on |
| SITES | Filter the report by site or group |
| STAFF |
Filter the report by a specific staff member - If multiple sites are selected, each value will be prefaced by the site name |
By Staff report fields
| FIELD | DESCRIPTION |
| STAFF NAME | The name of the user |
| SITE | The site that user is associated to |
| BASE | The subtotal for all of their payments |
| TAX | The total tax collected on all of their payments |
| TIP | The total tips received by that staff member |
| TOTAL | Base + Tax + Tips |
| TOTAL (BOTTOM ROW) | The total of each column is calculated below the report |
