Services are the different Revenue Centers available for the site. In TRAY the terms Contract, Service, and Revenue Center are interchangeable

Adding a Service
- Log in to your site
- From the left menu, select Revenue Centers
- From the Top menu, select Services
- Select Add Service or Import Service
The Add Service screen will appear
The following table provides the details of the UI fields in the Add Service screen

Select the service for which you are creating the contract. For example, Dine In, Take Away, Drive In, and so on. (This list is a drop down of available options. If a custom service is needed, please reach out to TRAY) |

Enterprise Identification Number. Enterprise management number which as a reference for reporting or integration |
| APP NAME | Enter the name for the Service in App |
| CNP PROCESSOR | Select the CNP processor for the Service (if you are using the TRAY web ordering platform) |

| VISIBLE | Select whether the service is visible to POS, App, and web |
| LOCATION FEE FIXED | Enter the fixed location fee amount if the service includes any |
| ASK FOR CHECK NAME | Prompts the POS user to enter a name when starting a check |
| ASK FOR GUEST COUNT | Prompts the POS user to enter a guest count when starting a check |
| TIP POOL PERCENTAGE | Calculates the percentage of net sales for this service that is added to cash owed for tip pooling |
| COMMENT | Enter any additional information about the Service |
| SERVICE ICON | Click Choose file to upload the service image that appears in the application |
- Click Save to add the service or click Cancel to discard the changes.
Importing Services
Importing services from one site to another is an easy way to recreate all the services from one site to another
- Press the Import Service button
- Select your source venue and then the applicable services you wish to import
- Press import
Enterprise Management
If your organization is utilizing enterprise management, your services may be automatically generated based on your sites parent node. This would mean that all of the services in your organization are standardized and managed by your organization
