POS/KDS Devices
The POS/KDS Devices tab in TRAY HQ is where your list of device profiles exist.
In order to log a device into the TRAY or KDS app, there must be an existing device profile in the site you are attempting to log into. You can see existing profiles, and add a new device profile on HQ in the Hardware tab under the POS/KDS Devices tab. Whether you are adding a POS, KDS, Handheld Device, Kiosk, or any other type of device this is where the profile will live.
