Offline Dashboard

The Offline Dashboard displays in the Functions tab on the POS when you have offline support enabled. The offline dashboard gives you information about POS activity while in offline mode.  Please note that it is not recommended to run in offline mode for extended periods of time. If your network is offline, please work with your IT person, or Internet Service Provider ASAP to restore your network. Please note that offline mode will turn your entire system offline, it cannot be enabled for individual devices

If you have devices that are not going into offline mode with the rest of the system, this dashboard is useful for troubleshooting whether or not that device is being recognized by the other devices

DASHBOARD

From the POS, select the "Functions" tab in the top middle of the screen, then select the "Dashboard" button next to "Offline Mode"
